As the Founder and Executive Chef of Velvet Fork Cuisine, Chef Calise has transformed her passion for food and hospitality into a luxury culinary brand specializing in private dining, catering, custom cakes, meal prep, and interactive culinary experiences.

Known for her elevated American fusion cuisine and attention to detail, she brings creativity, flavor, and thoughtful presentation to every experience. From intimate dinners for two to weddings, corporate events, and milestone celebrations, each menu is intentionally designed around the client and the occasion.

With a background in hospitality and tourism management, Chef Calise combines culinary creativity with a genuine passion for exceptional service.
